Qingzhou Yongli Minning and Dredging machinery Co.,ltd produced the bucket chain dredger for the sand mining project in Africa. Local river sand resources are in great demand, so the vessel was manufactured to boost mining efficiency.

In early summer, water hyacinth spread wildly across suburban rivers, blocking waterways and polluting water quality. At dawn, river management workers boarded the automatic water hyacinth harvester. The vessel advanced slowly with integrated cutting, conveying and collecting functions. It precisely cut floating plants and automatically gathered them into storage cabins. Workers operated it easily from the cabin without manual work, efficiently cleaning the river and restoring water environment and navigation in a short time.

In recent months, our team has delivered and put our self-produced 18-inch cutter suction dredger into operation in an African country. Tailored for local river dredging and sediment disposal needs, the vessel features a reliable structure and advanced hydraulic system. It runs stably with high safety and outstanding working efficiency, effectively supporting the smooth progress of local waterway renovation projects.

Our company had designed the 16 inch cutter suction dredger, with deal capacity 2500m3/h, dredging depth 14m and discharge distance 1500m. This kind of dredger is widely used in Africa dredging projects.

A professional engineering team from Qingzhou Yongli Mining and Dredging Machinery arranged a 16-inch cutter suction dredger at India inland river waterway. The vessel features a flow capacity of 2500m³ per hour, a maximum dredging depth of 14m and a discharge distance of 1500m. It was deployed to solve river silt accumulation, waterway shallowing and navigation obstruction problems. Workers carried out on-site assembly, commissioning and trial operation step by step. The cutter head cuts underwater sediment, and the pump sucks and transports slurry to the designated area continuously. It runs stably with high efficiency, effectively improving waterway navigation capacity and meeting local dredging and channel renovation demands.

Qingzhou Yongli Mining and Dredging Machinery Co.,ltd produce the 500m3/h jet suction dredger. This dredger is designed for river, lake, port and reservoir desilting and sand mining work. It features 12m dredging depth, 500m discharge distance, 110KW main engine, 150WN dredge pump and 30KW water injection pump.

Our factory had finished the amphibious dredger. It can change the cutter head into cutter suction dredger. And as dredging equipment, it will be used in dredging project.

The dredger could be divided into bucket type and pump suction type. Bucket type dredger is applied for waterways with high percentage of clay and gravels, while pump suction type can only be used for terrains with low percentage of clay and gravel. And the bucket chain gold diamond dredger had been exported to Africa. And now it is working well.
