Washing and Screening:The raw ore is dispersed and screened by a high-pressure water jet into a cylindrical washing machine. If the oversize contains native gold, it enters the crushing system; the undersize enters the gravity separation stage.
Gravity Separation:Based on different particle sizes, a flat gold-adhesive sluice is used to recover coarser gold particles, and a centrifugal concentrator is used to efficiently recover fine gold particles (recovery rate can reach over 90%).
Concentrate Processing:After further refining, the centrifugal tailings are purified using the amalgam method or a shaking table to obtain high-grade refined gold.
Tailings and Water Recycling:After sedimentation, the supernatant from the tailings is recycled for washing, forming a closed-loop recycling system to reduce water consumption and meet environmental standards.
