1.Basic Introduction of rock gold mining recovery plant
The main components of this 100 tons per hour rock gold mining recovery& washing plant are feeding hopper,vibrating feeding machine,jaw crusher,impact crusher,vibrating screen,cutter teeth drum and trommel screen,ball mill machine,pulsating sluice box,centrifugal concentrator, fixed sluice box and so on.
We can use the dumping truck to feed the raw mining into the open type feeding hopper. The workers will us e the high pressure water gun to flushing the raw mining into the vibrating feeding machine. The vibrating feeding machine can feed the raw mining into the jaw crusher evenly. The crusher will crush the big rocks into the smaller size rocks. The convey belt which is under this jaw crusher will convey all the crushed materails into the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen will separate off the crushed rocks into different sizes. Some bigger rocks will go back to the impact crusher for the second crushing. The normal size raw mining will come into the trommel screen and cutter teeth drum. The raw mining which size is below 4mm will come into the pulsating sluice box,centrifugal concentrator and fixed sluice box. While the raw mining which size is between 4-20mm will be ground by the ball mill. The grinding mining will be discharged to pulsating slucie box again.
