   Equipped with a 1500mm diameter heavy-duty cutter head driven by independent hydraulic motor, the dredger features 40 wear-resistant cutter teeth made of K10.40Cr and 5 ZG16SiMn cutter blades. The cutter head runs at adjustable 0–30rpm, breaking mud, silt, loose sand and small gravel with maximum 120mm passing particle size, solving hard sediment digging challenges that ordinary dredger models cannot handle. The 16.8m long cutter ladder supports adjustable dredging depth from 1.1m minimum to 12m maximum, adapting to variable water depth construction conditions.
2. High-Capacity Slurry Conveying Function

   The matched 300WNG dredging pump, the core component of this dredge machine, reaches 2000cbm/h flow with 56m lift, supporting a long 1500m one-time discharge distance. The 450mm suction pipe and 400mm discharge pipe deliver slurry with 15–20% stable solid concentration, greatly improving construction efficiency and reducing secondary transportation costs for sand dredger projects. The pump’s Cr26 alloy flow parts achieve Rockwell hardness over 58, offering ultra-long service life under high-abrasion sediment working conditions.
3. Full Hydraulic & Stable Positioning Operation Function

   This dredging equipment is equipped with a complete hydraulic system from top domestic brands: Huade hydraulic valves, Zhejiang Keister double vane pumps and Xinhong hydraulic motors. Three sets of hydraulic winches (ladder lifting winch, two swing winches, two anchor winches) control horizontal swing and vertical lifting of the cutter ladder, while two 16m-long, 430mm-diameter steel spuds fix the whole dredger during operation without self-propulsion power. The 60KN pulling force of winches ensures steady reciprocating dredging, avoiding hull drifting in flowing water.
4. Intelligent Integrated Control Function

   Fitted with Siemens PLC control system inside the independent panoramic operation cabin, the cutter suction dredger centralizes all operation, monitoring and alarm functions on dual operation tables. The cabin is equipped with adjustable driver seats, 1.5HP air conditioners, full observation glass and complete lighting, allowing single-person centralized control of the entire dredger. A 30KW deck generator set provides independent power supply for control, lighting and auxiliary machinery, guaranteeing round-the-clock construction.
