4. Operation Instruction
Operating a wheel-type sand washing and screening equipment requires proper startup, precise control, and regular maintenance.
The specific steps are as follows:
I. Pre-start Preparation
1. Equipment Inspection: Confirm all parts are intact, with no loose screws and no blockages in the drain holes.
2. Lubrication System: Check the reducer oil level and ensure the V-belt tension is appropriate.
3. Power Supply and Wiring: Confirm the motor power supply is 380V, 50HZ, AC three-phase four-wire system.
II. Operating Procedures
1. Start-up Sequence: First, turn on the water pump, adjust the water flow to a suitable level, and then start the motor.
2. Material Feeding Control: Feed material evenly, avoiding overload or underfeeding.
3. Operation Monitoring: Observe the equipment's operating status, ensuring there is no abnormal noise or vibration.
III. Shutdown and Maintenance
1. Shutdown Procedure: First, stop feeding material, drain any remaining material, and then turn off the motor and water spray valve.
2. Regular Inspection: Check blade wear monthly and add grease quarterly.
