This is a complete integrated movable gold washing and gold recovery plant, professionally designed for alluvial gold mining and small‑to‑medium scale sand gold beneficiation. The whole system includes feeding, screening, sluice concentration, fixed gold recovery, conveying, water supply, power supply and automatic control. - Feeding & Preliminary ScreeningThe feeding hopper with vibrating steel bar screen and 0.4 kW motor evenly feeds materials and filters large clods and impurities, ensuring stable feeding for the whole production line and gold mining equipment.
- Shaftless Classifying ScreeningThe 3 m long shaftless classifying screen (Ø1.6 m inner, Ø2.0 m outer, 6 mm mesh) driven by 11 kW motor effectively classifies materials by particle size, separating oversized gravel and ensuring qualified feed for gold recovery.
- High‑Efficiency Gold ConcentrationTwo sets of pulsating sluice boxes (5.8×1.5 m, 40–45 T/h) provide strong pulsating separation for heavy minerals including gold.Two sets of fixed sluice boxes (5×2.0 m) with gold catching carpet further trap fine gold particles, achieving high recovery rate.
- Waste Discharge & Water SupplyWaste conveyor belt (10 m × 0.8 m, 7.5 kW) automatically discharges tailings.Centrifugal water pump (22 kW, 200 m³/h, 28 m head) with 20 m pipeline and cleaning pump ensure sufficient and stable water circulation.
- Power & Control SystemEquipped with 60 kW Cummins+Stamford diesel generator, control panel, cables, water distributor, inner pipes and electric hoist, realizing self‑contained power and full automatic operation.
