Hull structure: Composed of main pontoon and two side pontoons, total length 53m, min draught 1.6m for shallow water operation. Thick anti-corrosion steel plates, marine paint and zinc anode anti-corrosion system extend service life. Equipped with 2 positioning piles, spud carriage and 2 anchor booms for stable construction.
Power system: Equipped with Japan Mitsubishi main & auxiliary marine engines, matched with domestic high-efficiency hydraulic coupling and reduction box, transmission efficiency 95%. 60000L large fuel tank supports long continuous work, with independent generator sets for full machine power supply.
Dredging core unit: 26-inch discharge pipeline matched with 500WN wear-resistant dredge pump, flow up to 6000m³/h, max discharge distance 2000m, max dredging depth 18m. 2100mm alloy cutter head cuts hard sediment, slurry concentration stably 15%-20%, max passing particle 150mm.
Intelligent hydraulic control: Rexroth hydraulic pump + Siemens PLC control system, all winches and cutter head driven by hydraulic motor. Independent operation cabin with complete monitoring instruments, easy single-person operation.
