Our gold washing plant consists of hopper,vibrating screen,cutter drum classifying screen,pulsating sluice box,fixed sluice box,water supply system,belt conveyor,electric motor,speed reducer,sluice box,etc.
One generator set can supply power to all equipment.The total water consumption is 470m3/h,total electricity consumption is 136kw/h.

1. Gold Washing Plant Introduction
Land-based gold processing equipment/gold washing plant refers to machinery and systems used to extract, separate, and concentrate gold from terrestrial deposits (e.g., alluvial/placer, eluvial, or hard rock sources). These systems are designed for operations on land, as opposed to offshore or marine mining.
2. Gold Washing Plant Features
Our gold washing plant,could be used to mine gold mixed with sand in paleochannel,paleo-riverbed,alluvial placer,tailing after ball milling,and diamond and zirconium in raw ore.
Iron ore needs to be retrieved firstly by magnetic separator if the percentage is high in the raw ore,then gold,diamond,zirconium will be concentrated,or the effectiveness will be affected.
This set of mining equipment are composed of several gravity concentrators.The concentration ratio could reach as high as 1:1000,and the recovery efficiency about 90% after series of separation.
3. Applications
Alluvial/Placer Mining: Processing loose surface deposits (e.g., riverbeds, ancient sediments).
Hard Rock Mining: Crushing and processing gold-bearing quartz veins or ore bodies.
Artisanal & Small-Scale Mining (ASM): Portable equipment like sluice boxes, dry washers, and manual crushers.
Large-Scale Open-Pit/Underground Mines: Integrated systems including crushers, mills, and leaching plants.
