Qingzhou Yongli Mining and Dredging Machinery Co.,ltd produce the jaw crusher for the stones. We offer customized jaw crushers tailored to your specific feed/discharge size requirements and stone material characteristics.

Key Features of the Jaw Crushing Equipment
Heavy-Duty Construction for Longevity
This jaw crusher features a reinforced welded steel housing with structural ribs, ensuring exceptional rigidity and resistance to impact loads. The frame design minimizes vibration during continuous operation, extending the service life of critical components. As a stone jaw crusher and rock jaw crusher, it is built to handle the harshest conditions, from abrasive granite to dense iron ore, with minimal wear and tear.
Deep Crushing Chamber & Optimized Jaw Plates
The deep, symmetrical crushing chamber of this jaw crushing equipment maximizes feed capacity and crushing efficiency. The high-manganese steel jaw plates are engineered to deliver consistent compression, producing uniform, cubic-shaped end products with minimal flakiness. The 300×1300 mm feed opening accommodates materials up to 250 mm, while the tapered chamber design ensures multiple crushing stages in a single pass, enhancing throughput and reducing oversize particles.
Reliable Power Transmission System
Equipped with large, precision-balanced flywheels and a multi-groove pulley system, this jaw crusher stores rotational energy during the idle stroke, delivering powerful crushing force during the compression stroke. This design reduces motor load fluctuations, lowers energy consumption, and enhances operational stability. The system is optimized for both standalone use and integration into mobile jaw crusher setups, ensuring compatibility with various power and control configurations.
Adjustable Discharge Gap for Versatile Output
The discharge port gap (35–70 mm) of this jaw crushing equipment is easily adjustable, allowing operators to tailor output particle size to meet specific project requirements. Whether producing aggregates for concrete, road base, or recycled materials, this stone jaw crusher offers the flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.
Low Maintenance & User-Friendly Design
The simplified single-toggle mechanism reduces the number of moving parts, minimizing wear points and maintenance requirements. Centralized lubrication ensures smooth operation of the eccentric shaft and bearings, while easy access to jaw plates and wear parts streamlines replacement and servicing. This design makes the jaw crusher ideal for both experienced operators and new users, reducing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Efficient & Cost-Effective Performance
With a 45 kW motor and optimized crushing kinematics, this jaw crusher achieves high crushing ratios and low operating costs per ton of material processed. The robust construction and high-quality components ensure long-term reliability, reducing the need for frequent repairs and replacements. As a result, this jaw crushing equipment offers an excellent return on investment for both small-scale and large-scale operations.
Working Principle of the Jaw Crusher
Feeding: Raw stone or rock enters the top of the V-shaped crushing chamber, between the fixed and movable jaw plates.
Crushing: The eccentric shaft, driven by the motor and flywheel, causes the movable jaw to reciprocate toward and away from the fixed jaw. As the jaws close, the material is squeezed, fractured, and crushed into smaller pieces.
Discharging: Once the material is reduced to a size smaller than the discharge gap, it falls out of the bottom of the chamber, ready for further processing or use.
This continuous, cyclic action ensures efficient material reduction, with the deep chamber design allowing for multiple crushing stages in a single pass. The process is consistent and reliable, making this jaw crusher suitable for high-volume production environments.
Applications of the Jaw Crushing Equipment
Mining & Ore Processing: Secondary crushing of hard ores (iron, copper, gold, limestone) to prepare feed for ball mills or downstream processing. The rock jaw crusher design excels at handling dense, abrasive materials, ensuring consistent throughput even in demanding mining operations.
Quarrying & Aggregate Production: Crushing granite, basalt, and limestone to produce construction aggregates (gravel, sand) for concrete, asphalt, and road building. The stone jaw crusher’s adjustable discharge gap allows for precise control over particle size, meeting the strict specifications of construction projects.
Construction & Demolition Recycling: Processing concrete, bricks, and asphalt waste into reusable recycled aggregates. The jaw crusher’s robust construction and low maintenance make it ideal for handling contaminated or mixed construction waste.
Industrial Material Processing: Reducing gypsum, dolomite, quartz, and other minerals for use in cement, metallurgy, and chemical industries. The jaw crushing equipment’s high efficiency and reliability ensure consistent performance for industrial material processing.
Integration with Mobile Jaw Crusher Systems: This jaw crusher can be integrated into mobile crushing plants, offering flexibility for on-site crushing operations. The compact design and compatibility with mobile power and control systems make it an ideal choice for contractors requiring portable crushing solutions.
Operational & Safety Considerations
The jaw crusher is designed for dry, non-sticky materials; excessive moisture or sticky feed may require pre-treatment to prevent clogging.
Regular inspection and lubrication of bearings, toggle plates, and jaw plates are critical to maintaining performance and extending component life.
The included 100 kW starter cabinet provides reliable motor protection, with overload and short-circuit safeguards to prevent equipment damage.
When integrating into a mobile jaw crusher setup, ensure proper alignment and balance to maintain stability during transport and operation.
