Qingzhou Yongli Mining and Dredging Machinery Co.,ltd had attended the APM at March.27 to March.29. Our factory is professional at kinds of dredger, workboat, barge and gold washing plant. And a new amphibious dredger is finished recently ready for shipment.

The Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction , the non self-propelled, dismountable type, is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers.

The cutter suction dredger can also be designed to self-propelled according to customers’ requirement.

Amphibious dredger

This amphibious dredger features different heads to change. Equipped with a powerful cutter suction head and high-flow pump, it excels in shallow swamps, canals, and wetlands. Low ground pressure protects sensitive ecosystems while maximizing dredging efficiency in confined, hard-to-reach areas.

Bucket Chain Dredger

The dredger could be divided into bucket type and pump suction type.Bucket type dredger is applied for waterways with high percentage of clay and gravels,while pump suction type can only be used for terrains with low percentage of clay and gravel. 

The dredger is composed of several gravity concentrators.The concentration ratio could reach as high as 1:1000,and the recovery efficiency about 90% after series of separating.

Work boat is engineered and built to offer service for cutter suction dredgers.Work boat is able to tow the dredger,lift the pump casing and cutter head.The work boat can also lift the components that tug boat or crew cannot do.Work boat makes them suitable for other jobs too,such as lifting pipelines from the water or shifting anchors. Here share the picture of the work boat. And we can also design and make the work boat in different functions, such as transport crew, fuel, water etc.

Our factory can also make kinds of transport barge, split hopper barge, sand barge and mud barge etc.  We can also design and make the barge according to customers' requirement. Here share some of the barge pictures for your reference.
