Yongli gold washing plant/gold trommel machine/gold panning machine/portable gold machine/gold mining equipment can be used to mine gold mixed with sand in paleochannel,paleo-riverbed,alluvial placer,tailing after ball milling,and diamond and zirconium in raw ore.Iron ore needs to be retrieved firstly by magnetic separator if the percentage is high in the raw ore,then gold,diamond,zirconium will be concentrated,or the effectiveness will be affected. This set of gold mining equipment are composed of several gravity concentrators. The concentration ratio could reach as high as 1:1000

Features

Placer Gold Mines (Alluvial/Sedimentary Gold Mines): Placer gold mines in alluvial layers such as riverbeds, river beaches, and ancient river channels. Gold particles are usually mixed with sand and gravel, and can be efficiently separated by drum screens.
Residual/Colluvial Gold Mines: Gold mines in surface weathering layers or loose sediments. The ore structure is loose and can be directly processed without blasting.
Gold Mines Containing Clay: The drum screen has a built-in high-pressure water spray system, which can effectively crush clay and separate gold particles.
Small and Medium-sized Gold Mines: Suitable for processing ores with gold particle sizes between 0.1 and 10 mm. It can also process fine gold (such as nano gold) in conjunction with other equipment.

Advantages of pulsating sluice box

Pulsating Sluice Box has an enhanced gold recovery, especially for the gold of fine particles. The recovery can be

up to 85% to 90%.

To compare the normal sluice box and pulsating sluice box, normal sluice box is with good recovery rate for the big size gold as the volumn and gravity is bigger than the buoyancy of water, so the big particle will go down the sluice. But when the gold is very fine or in flake, it will be difficult to be down.
The pulsating sluice box solves the problems of raw ore hardening because the steel bar and holes on the grid from turbulence, which prolongs the time of gold separating from sand and stones. These create good conditions for fine and flake gold.
