Introduction of diamond washing plant
The trommel screen is to filter out the big stones in the original ore and wash away the mud in the original ore. It provides a simple,efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide range of material and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. The key recovery part of the diamond washing machine is the pulsating jigger. We usually design its mesh size of the jigger based on the different sizes of the diamond particle.
We offer a variety of models, including mini trommel screen that can be operated by one person for small-scale mines and heavy-duty washing plant for big-scale mines. We have passed ISO and CE international certification, safety is guaranteed.
Movable with wheels and fixed non-movable models can be selected according to your mine environment.
Features
Yongli diamond washing plant could be used to diamond mixed with sand in paleochannel,paleo-riverbed,alluvial placer,and zirconium in raw ore.
Iron ore needs to be retrieved firstly by magnetic separator if the percentage is high in the raw ore,then gold,diamond,zirconium will be concentrated,or the effectiveness will be affected.
This set of mining equipment are composed of several gravity concentrators.The concentration ratio could reach as high as 1:1000,and the recovery efficiency about 90% after series of separation.
